Versatile In Application

The TYCO PULVERISERS meet most capacity requirements and lend themselves to a wide degree of adjustment with fineness of the finished products ranging from about 60 mesh to bulk passing through 300 mesh depending to a considerable extent on the particular material being handled.
Unlike an ordinary hammer mill it has no screens to break, wear out or clog. TYCO PULVERISERS combine grinding, classifying, and conveying all in one single unit.

Output

The output capacity of TYCO Pulveriser varies widely depending on the type of material and feed size. Given below is the table indicating the pulverizing capacity on average basis however the capacity figures will vary from case to case depending upon several factors. These figures are meant for guidance only.

Scope of Supply

The Pulveriser is supplied with an integrated whizzer type Air classifier and dust collector for close Cycle operation. Structure for the classifier and electrical are supplied as optional item.
