MATERIAL HANDLING EQIPMENTS
 
This is a  TYCO Inclined conveyor suitable to deliver granular (sugar, grain etc) or lumpy (Soyabean nuggets etc.) at a higher plain specially for feeding a Form Fill and Seal ( FFS) machine for packaging of product in fixed weight pouches.
The conveyor system can be combined with the FFS machine by regulating the on/off mode as and when the hopper of the FFS machine gets overflowed.
The speed of the conveyor can be regulated to suit the requirement.

A TYCO Pouch Take up conveyor which enables the pouches released from the FFS machines to bring at the working level .  Made from extruded Alluminium sections, this is a most convenient system .  It can be further linked to a Inspection Table Conveyor, Check Weigher and Metal Detector .
This is a TYCO Truck Unloader Fixed Conveyor through which 100 kg bags can be directly shifted to the godown without any manual help.  Similar conveyors can be made in mobile and portable type.  This can be used for loading the bags or cartons also.
